Buying Tickets
On sale dates are posted on the AEG Presents website: www.aegpresents.co.uk and on the websites of our authorised ticket sellers listed here . For up to date Information on all our tours please follow us on Twitter and Facebook.
You can buy tickets online through the venue box office of the relevant event and through any of our authorised ticket sellers listed here. For telephone bookings please see the contact us page on the venue and authorised ticket seller websites.
For each event there is a limit on the number of tickets a person can buy to ensure that as many people as possible have access to tickets. Once you have selected your number of tickets these are then removed from the overall ticket inventory and placed in your basket. As a result there is a time limit within which you must purchase your tickets. If you do not purchase the tickets placed in your basket within this time limit, the tickets will then be released to the overall ticket inventory for other customers to purchase.
For some events, tickets are made available to registered members before they go on general sale to the public, this is known as a presale. Presales are available online only.
For access to the AEG Presents presale, you need to register for our newsletter and tick the opt in box to be sent information by email about the latest events. You will be sent an email when a new event is announced and there will be a link to buy tickets that will become active at the time of the presale. The option to buy tickets will then become available to you.
Presale tickets are the same as those available in the general sale, they are just available earlier. We sometimes restrict the number of presale tickets to make sure enough tickets are available for general sale.
It means that these tickets are thought to be the best available at that time. They’re sold on a first come, first serve basis.
Unfortunately once a booking has been made we cannot exchange or cancel your ticket(s) unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled, or in the case of concerts (but not festivals) there is a material change (a ‘material change’ means a change of the headline act).
We understand that you will be disappointed when better tickets become available after your purchase so please make sure you are happy with the location of your seats before booking. This can sometimes happen because customers select tickets but then decide they don’t want them or they do not complete their booking in time and/or new seats are released due to production layout changes.
Unfortunately we only have a limited number of tickets available at each price level and some events can be incredibly popular so sell very quickly.
We understand your disappointment at missing out however with such a high volume of requests for these tickets we hope you can understand why they became unavailable so soon.
We wish you the best luck in getting tickets in the future.
Occasionally certain artists request additional security around the sale of their tickets. One of the ways this is implemented is through printing the customer’s name on the tickets. Please carefully check the event information when purchasing a ticketing including the terms and conditions of booking as these can be specific to a certain show or tour.
Disability Access
Please contact the venue box office of the relevant event directly for specific booking information and facilities information. Contact information can be found on each venue’s website.
Fees
Ticket agents charge a booking fee to help cover the costs of the services they provide. This includes expenses such as running their websites and contact centre teams and more.
Booking fees will vary from agent to agent with each covering different administration costs on top of the face value price of the ticket. We therefore sell tickets through a number of channels and would advise you to shop around the different official ticket agents to find the best ticket provider for your personal requirements.
Some venues charge a per ticket facility fee or restoration levy. These are often charged to assist in preserving these buildings and improving the customer experience. For specific details please enquire with the venue directly as they set their own fees which will vary between venues.
Official Ticket Sellers
Our authorised ticket sellers are listed here. If you purchased your tickets through one of these agents then it will be a genuine ticket.
If you purchased your ticket through unofficial agents, they may turn out to be fake, stolen or otherwise invalid and you may be refused entry to the event. It is important you always purchase your tickets through official sources.
Delivery & Collection
Ticket dispatch for most events occurs between 7-10 days before the event date for security purposes. Please Note: if you still haven’t received your tickets 3 days before the event please contact your point of purchase and have your booking reference number and full name and address on hand to speed up the process.
See ‘Questions about your tickets’
