Zimmer90

We’re Finn and Josch. We’re creative partners, musicians, and friends. Zimmer90 is not just a band, but an art project where all our interests and inspirations unite to build something beautiful. It is a special place for us. We see it as an overall concept because our interests extend beyond just making music. We enjoy music, art, design, and architecture. Zimmer90 is born from our special connection, from which the music grows, and we want to create a free space where everyone can be individually fulfilled.

We create our music together, allowing each of us to bring our unique personality and skills into the process. Finn is more sensitive, mindful, and structured, while Josch is a restless creative force who shakes things up when we’re stuck. Our unique traits complement each other perfectly, and we constantly learn how to work together and lift each other up. We compose, write, and handle much of the production ourselves.

What’s special about our music is the blend of electronic sounds with acoustic elements. When we perform live, our sound is different from the recordings. We like to think of it as a journey with the audience. We start slow, letting the concert flow until everything becomes blurry. Most of the time, we end up in an electronic disco party where everyone is dancing, and the stage is no longer the focus.
