Dropping this Friday 21 June, Lola’s upcoming album This Wasn’t Meant For You Anyway, is a testament to her evolution as an artist. Recorded in LA and produced by her friend and collaborator Solomonophic (Remi Wolf, BROCKHAMPTON, Dominic Fike), This Wasn’t Meant For You Anyway is a multi-faceted, fearless concept. Lola’s album is a captivating blend of kinetic energy and is lyrically driven by a mix of rage, passion, narrative flair, and comedy derision, making it a truly unique experience.
