Their RIAA gold-certified debut album Pharmacy reached No. 1 on the Billboard Dance album chart with the platinum-certified single “Peanut Butter Jelly” and the 3x platinum hit “Runaway (U & I),” which earned a GRAMMY nomination for Best Dance Recording. In 2017, their sophomore album The Aviary (featuring the 2x platinum-certified single “No Money”) debuted in the top 10 in 23 countries. Their third album, Church (2020), featured the chart-topping, gold-certified single “Faith” with Dolly Parton featuring Mr. Probz, which debuted at No. 1 on Billboard’s Dance/Electronic Chart and remained at No. 1 on the Dance/Mix Show Airplay Chart for five weeks. The gold-certified collaborative single “Heartbreak Anthem” with David Guetta and Little Mix was a global hit, spending 10 weeks on the Billboard Global 200 chart and 13 consecutive weeks in the top 10 on the UK Official Chart. Their latest album, Rx, is Karlsson’s most personal project to date, featuring the pop hit “Lighter” with Guetta and 5 Seconds of Summer, which reached No. 1 on the US Dance Radio chart. Galantis has accumulated over 7.3 billion global streams and 1.9 billion video views.

Karlsson has led Galantis since 2009, officially debuting the project at the 2014 Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival. His career spans genres such as punk rock, hip-hop, and pop, including his work as one half of the production duo Bloodshy & Avant and one third of indie pop band Miike Snow. Karlsson’s songwriting and production credits include work with Madonna, Kylie Minogue, Katy Perry, and Britney Spears (including her GRAMMY-winning track “Toxic” and the acclaimed 2007 album Blackout). As Galantis, he has crafted remixes for artists like Coldplay, Selena Gomez, Ed Sheeran, and Sam Smith. Described by UPROXX as “pop’s mastermind producer,” “eternally effervescent” by Billboard, and “one of the most influential and untamed voices in modern music” by GRAMMY.com, the Swedish-born artist continues to push the boundaries of songwriting within dance music and beyond.
