ALTÉGO consists of two distinct sides. In their case, those sides belong to UK-born twin brothers, DJ/production duo, Michael and Lukas Fernandes-Pendse. Their DJ mixes alone transformed the pair into a global phenomenon with north of 100 million streams, 4 billion-plus TikTok plays, and acclaim from Variety, Forbes, and many more. As lockdown restrictions eased by the end of 2021, they started to upload on TikTok under the name ALTÉGO. Their hit “Toxic Pony” popped off as a global phenomenon in 2022, marrying “Toxic” by Britney Spears and “Pony” by Ginuiwine in a wild unholy matrimony. It eclipsed 90 million Spotify streams and cracked the Top 10 on the Billboard R&B Chart.

Along the way, they inked a deal with Arista Records and only picked up the pace. Lightning struck twice as their EDM track ‘Bling Bling’ set fire to social media, attracting more than 20million views on their footage debuting the song itself. 2023 proved another successful year taking the boys further into the dance genre dropping remixes of ‘London Bridge’ ‘Satisfaction’ and Peggy Gous breakthrough hit ‘Nanana’ garnering attention from Peggy herself and Ms Kylie Minogue. The translation from the digi-world into reality is far from disconnected as they now set for a sold out UK tour throughout the start of 2024
